and numerous UK-based chemists to help make the products needed, but it all paid off .

Established in 2008, Zerodrytime is now one of the UK’s leading dry carpet and upholstery cleaners. The company has 30 operational vans based across the UK, a master franchise in Northern Ireland, and the fi rst overseas master franchise based in New Zealand.

Its customer base includes Hilton, Thistle, Malmaison, MacDonald, Ibis, Hotels, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, The Shard, BMW, Audi, with more than 100,000 UK-wide domestic customers. The business moved to larger premises in 2012 with a central warehouse where all products are kept, labelled, boxed and shipped out to existing franchises.
