“A great deal has changed for me. After the success of my fi rst store, I expanded my portfolio to fi ve stores. The fi rst was a resale of an existing branch, which was a golden opportunity to expand quickly. The second new store was a joint venture with a friend, which has enabled me to expand my management team without having to wait while they train and develop. “I have faced a number of challenges to expand this quickly, the biggest of which has been building the teams in each store. Luckily, the training support that CeX provides has made this as painless as possible and I am already in a position to start preparing for store number four. “My main focus right now is expansion. I have been spending time researching locations where we could open a store, fi nding units in the area and sourcing key information about the sites to assist us in
