The bank is one of only four users of the Core Banking Suite from Tieto. By virtue of being a pioneer and one of a small number of users, the bank has generated a fair amount of interest and has fielded plenty of reference site visits and calls, said Cragnell. The project has clearly not been without pain but the bank persevered, was willing to enter into a fair amount of joint development work, and has a platform to take it forward as a result.
