Boxing Camp Come join us for an exciting introduction to boxing in this week- long, camp! Participants will learn boxing basics while experienc- ing an exhilarating, aerobic workout. Go Girl Go Camp Calling all girls! Come join us for our girls only sports and activ- ity camp. This one-week camp will focus on confidence, activity and healthy living. Campers will be provided with specific sport instruction, educational sessions, journal writing, a healthy eat- ing demonstration and other general games and activities. The girls will be swimming on Monday and Thursday mornings. All activities will be based on the Go Girl Go! Educational Curricu- lum developed by the Women’s Sports Foundation. Chicago Fire Soccer Camps Play, learn and train with our passionate, highly qualified Chica- go Fire coaches who will help your child develop soccer skills in a week of soccer-filled fun. Programs are suitable for all ages and ability levels. Spaces are limited! Introduction to Lacrosse Camp Lacrosse combines the basic skills used in soccer, basketball, and hockey into one fast paced, high scoring game. Athletes will learn all the fundamentals of stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting, all in a fun, non-checking environment. Our Intro to Lacrosse Day Camp is a coed introductory day camp geared towards any new or younger players. This five day camp has a curriculum built around high energy and fun. The two hour day will be filled with interactive games that keep the players moving as well as reinforce important fundamentals within the sport of lacrosse. Advanced Lacrosse Camp If you’re looking to improve your individual lacrosse skills, have fun and meet new friends, then our lacrosse camp is for you! Geared towards more developed LAX players, our five-day camp provides lacrosse players with training from some local high school coaches and talented players while also stressing the im- portance of developing leadership skills and being a good sport.
