When registering by fax, it is mutually understood that the facsimile registration document, (including the Waiver and Release of All Claims), shall substitute for and have the same legal effect as the original form. The Park District is not responsible for incomplete transmissions. Please follow up with a telephone call to make sure your fax has been received.

Creating a new account or accessing your existing account has never been easier! Please visit our website,
www.rlapd.org, to get started.
• • Once there, please click the Online Registration icon at the top of the home page.
• You will be directed to a second Online Registration page. Please review the directions to create a new account, then click the Enter Online Registration Portal icon.
This is where you begin the pocess of creating a new account or log into an existing account. Should you encounter any difficulties, please refer to the directions on the previous page.
Once your online account is created, you will automatically receive non-resident rates. In order to receive resident rates, you are required to show Proof of Residency. Once your household has done this, you will be asked to verify residency annually. This procedure has been instituted to ensure district residents receive priority in enrolling for high demand activities.
