Summer Trails School Age Day Camp Summer camp can be one of the most rewarding, unforgettable experiences in a child’s life. Camp provides children with a community of caring mentors and experiential education that promotes the building of both friendships and character while working together to overcome challenges. Children who attend the Round Lake Area Park District Summer Camp Programs will swim, hike, play games, experience outdoor education, participate in sports, theater, arts and crafts, special events and field trips. Our programs are supervised by qualified staff who are certified in first aid and CPR. All staff receive extensive training in providing an appropriate day camp experience for your child. Both sites will accommodate children entering 1st grade through 5th grade. Extended Camp Care is available. See details on page 78.
