Surf & Turf Looking for a new summer workout? Join this new challenging and fun workout class that offers more then just in water aero- bics. Surf and Turf is a combination of in-water workouts at the pool on Mondays and field workouts on Hart’s Hill on Thursdays (schedule weather permitting). Dash & Splash Join the Round Lake Area Park District for a fun youth swim and run challenge. The event starts at 8:00 am. Swimming will take place at the Aquatics Center and participants will run a course around the facility extending onto Hart’s Hill. Each participant will receive a medal, t-shirt and breakfast item to follow. Awards will be given to the top performers in each age group. Min/Max: 15/100. PD Contact: Katelynn Putkonen.


Introduction to Diving New to the aquatics program, students will learn diving safety, correct body alignment, jumping technique, head-first entry, and spatial coordination through both dry-land and water skills. Lap Swim


Swimming is an aerobic activity that works almost every muscle in the body and provides cardiovascular exercise. Learning to swim laps can help improve body strength and endurance.
