This survey of the Japanese legal system is followed by an exploration of Japanese commercial regulation and international trade issues, including intellectual property. Japanese faculty are drawn from Tokyo universities and active international business practitioners. After students complete the course, they will have the option of doing an additional course in Japanese IP law.
