Example of classes: Human Rights in the Americas


Our three-week human rights course provides a broad, general overview of the interna- tional human rights system, before drilling deeper to explore human rights within the inter-American system. The course intro- duces students to public international law, the origins and scope of the international human rights movement, and global enforce- ment mechanisms and institutions.


This program builds interdisciplinary bridges between law, policy and the social and natural science of conservation and sustain- able development. Students develop their knowledge and skills through an integrated, suite of courses that coalesce around efforts to find practical, policy-relevant solutions to issues of immediate importance to the conservation and sustainable development community.
