Our Florence program is steeped in the commitment to social justice and interna- tional human rights, providing law students an opportunity to study abroad in an A.B.A. accredited program. Classes are held in the university-owned villa located near the Piazza San Marco, just a short walk from the Duomo. Gonzaga University has operated a study abroad program in central Florence since 1964.

Study Law and Creativity in one of the most beautiful cities in Italy and the jewel of the Renaissance! Florence provides the perfect setting for studying law relating to the creative arts, such as art law, dealing with both fine art and artifacts, and intellectual property. Academic excursions include activities designed to introduce students to the Italian legal system.

Bocconi is a research university of interna- tional standing in business, economics, and law. The School of Law aims to develop a set of skills and competencies that will allow graduates to not only deal with the competi- tion for access to the legal profession (legal profession, the judiciary and notary services), but also to be able to effectively exercise their best future work.

Students participating in St. John’s Summer Study Abroad program spend four weeks studying international and comparative law at our Rome campus. In summer 2014, students in the Rome program visited the Constitutional Court of Italy and toured mu- seums, historic sites, and renowned eateries to complement their coursework.

US Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia will teach a 2-wk course on Separation of Powers in our Rome Program. Begun in 1983, Loyola has continuously conducted a summer program in comparative and int’l law at the University’s campus in Rome. The 4-wk program includes guided tours of Rome, a Papal Audience, visits to the Italian Supreme Court & the Office of the Attorney General of Italy.

Become a Temple Global Scholar and study international and comparative law in the heart of Rome and immerse yourself in la dolce vita for one month. The Temple University Rome campus is located on the Tiber River within walking distance of many famous historic sites. Classes are taught in English by American and Italian law profes- sors.
