Group Kick


Group Kick is an electric 60-minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements that kicks cardio fitness to the next level, while defining and shaping bodies, and boosting self-confidence. Group Step


Group Power


Group Power is a 60-minute barbell program that strengthens all the major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements, such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls, Group Power helps deliver results for all ages and fitness levels.


Group Ride


Group Ride has exercisers pedaling in groups, rolling over hills, chasing the pack, climbing mountains, and spinning their way to burning calories and strengthening their bodies. This 60-minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike, and is known for its motivating music, awesome instructors, and inspiring group environment.
