AMERICAN COUNCIL ON EXERCISE (ACE)


One of the most important tools club owners and managers can provide to their staff is customer service training. Each person on the team should be delivering the highest possible level of customer service, and they should be adept at assisting members with basic health- and fitness-related questions.
