Bodyblade Instructor Training
This interactive eight-hour workshop prepares fitness professionals to train clients with the Bodyblade one-on-one or in group settings. Blending science and practical application, the session includes instruction on how to drive the Bodyblade, utilizing different planes of movement, the concepts of vibration and inertial resistance, programming for a variety of clients, spotting, cueing, pro- gressing clients, and more. Attendees receive a Bodyblade Instructor Manual, which has nearly 100 exercises and preformatted workouts.
Peak Pilates MVe Chair & Reformer Training
The MVe Chair and Reformer two-day instructor training workshops build upon existing professional knowledge and are designed to prepare participants to lead pre-designed group workouts. The focus is on the Peak Pilates Perfect Ten Chair and Reformer exercises, giving individuals a well-balanced framework for mastery of the program.
