Bender Ball

The Bender Method of Core Training was developed by master trainer Leslee Bender, who has more than 25 years of international fitness experience, and has presented throughout the world. The method of Selective Stabilization cranks up the intensity and targets the muscles from all sides, and the Bender Ball allows exercisers to work their abs in unique ways, experiencing extension backward and flexion forward.

The Flirty Girl Booty Beat class features dances that are based on the hottest moves from popular music videos and dance clubs, and Flirty Girl is choreo- graphed using 32 beat counts, with the moves progressively taught so beginners can master them. There is no licensing fee; instructors simply attend a one-day Flirtification workshop or complete the At-Home Flirtification course. Flirty Girl provides ongoing choreography for instructors who have taken Flirtification training, so classes are always fresh.

Gliding Professional

Gliding makes use of a sliding-disc exercise system to facilitate smooth, fluid, graceful movements. It’s extremely versatile, and can be structured as a stand-alone class or incorporated into existing formats, such as step, high-low, circuit, yoga, Pilates, and balance training. The program is supported by an accom- plished group of Master Trainers, including Mindy Mylrea, Lawrence Biscontini, Mau- reen Hagan, Gay Gasper, Rob Glick, Mar- cos Prolo, Sherri McMillan, Jeff Howard, and Keli Roberts.

SCIFIT’s Fit-Quik program is a time- efficient, motivational, and fun way to do group exercise or group personal training. SCIFIT’s plug-and-play USB Fit-Key takes users through the workout, acting as an electronic personal trainer by providing prompts throughout the program. Fit- Quik offers total-body strength and car- dio workouts using interval training and heart-rate training. Moving through the circuit keeps members engaged; the results keep them coming back.
