Zumba Gold - Active Older Adult Program


The Zumba Gold instructor training course is designed to bring Zumba’s exciting Latin and international dance rhythms to active older adults, beginners, and those who may need modifications. Zumba Gold addresses the anatomical, physiological, and psychological needs of these populations, and includes a chair workout. Workshop participants must be active Zumba Instructor Network (ZIN) members. They’ll receive an official training CD and DVD, an Instructor’s Manual, a certificate of completion, and CECs from ACE and AFAA.

Zumba Toning - Sculpt & Tone Program


The Zumba Toning instructor training course takes the original Zumba dance- fitness class to the next level by utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol with lightweight dumbbells. Emphasizing muscle work along with rhythms, this combination of cardio and dynamic- resistive exercises employs progressive, lightweight training. Zumbatomic - Kids Fitness Program


The Zumbatomic instructor training course teaches how to fuse the Zumba program’s exciting formula with the psychology and physiology relevant to teaching kids (ages 4-12). It combines the science behind children’s exercise programs with high-energy international music and practical training on discipline and class management. Participants must be active Zumba Instructor Network (ZIN) members. They’ll receive an official training CD and DVD, an Instructor’s Manual, a certificate of completion, and CECs from ACE and AFAA.
