Suunto Fitness Solution
The Suunto Fitness Solution is an automatic heart-rate monitoring and personal feedback solution for health clubs. It allows club members to monitor the cardiovascular intensity of their workout in real-time; their heart-rate data is collected remotely and displayed on a screen. Instructors can use this real-time individual monitoring to measure and report the cardiovascular intensity of the workout, creating awareness and moti- vation, while ensuring each participant is exercising at the appropriate level.
Kinesis Class
Technogym’s Kinesis Class incorporates the company’s Full Gravity Technology and features of the original Kinesis Circuit into a new and scalable equipment design. All Kinesis Class stations are identical and each incorporates three dif- ferent handle positions, so users can perform all movements at a single sta- tion. The shared design simplifies class management for instructors, and also allows operators to select any number of training stations, depending on spatial needs and program goals.
