Ask For A Pump That Delivers McCarthy and Stone Keeps It Simple with Gledhill
The Gledhill PulsaCoil BP 120E unit provides the perfect water heating solution for McCarthy and Stone, the largest builder of private retirement homes in the UK. The unit is now fitted as standard in each new build McCarthy and Stone apartment.
Colin Cross, McCarthy and Stone, says: “The PulsaCoil BP is simple to use, reliable and enables homeowners to benefit from cheaper off-peak electricity rates. The unit also has low levels of heat loss giving better SAP ratings than most other fit-for-purpose products.”
A benefit of the stand-alone mains pressure hot water unit is that it doesn’t need a discharge pipe as required for an unvented cylinder. This means that the problems and costs of finding a suitable discharge route to comply with Part G Building Regulations are eliminated. In addition, the unit complies with Part L, which refers to the conservation of fuel and power, and a solar version of this product is also available.
