Highly Efficient Multi Fuel Smoke Control Stoves New Heat Pump Convector Solution
Clearview Stoves have been designing and manufacturing stoves for the last 25 years. They are solely produced in the UK and considered by many, to be the finest in the world. There are eight stoves in their range many with various style options and all available in a choice of seven colours. These highly efficient multi fuel smoke control stoves produce emissions so low they can be used for burning wood in smokeless zones. Remarkably easy to light and producing five times more heat from the same fuel as an open fire, they can burn for long periods unattended, and so efficiently that frequent cleaning is unnecessary. They are a joy to use and it’s is not unusual to hear from their many users, it’s the best thing they ever bought for their home.

New Daikin Altherma Heat Pump Series
The Daikin Altherma series for apartment buildings and community heating is able to efficiently heat (with leaving water temperatures up to 80°C), cool and produce domestic hot water. Its remarkable efficiency (COPs up to 3.5) stems from its ability to recover heat stored in the outdoor air. Domestic hot water temperatures up to 70°C are possible and the unit provides optional cooling, with leaving water temperatures down to 5°C. The use of this system results in a 27% reduction in primary energy use, 59% less CO2
and 33% less operating costs compared to an installation with individual gas boilers.

emissions
Daikin Europe has introduced a new heat pump convector solution, complete with interlink function. The new and compact Daikin heat pump convector easily produces the required levels of heat at low leaving water temperatures and can heat up a room quickly and quietly (noise levels down to 19 dBA), making it also ideal for bedrooms. A handy remote control with built in weekly timer allows easy control of the unit, including room temperature, fan speed, automatic or night mode and rapid heating or cooling.

Satinjet™ range cuts water and energy use by up to 40% with every
Research conducted by Deva earlier this year has shown that environmental credentials are top of consumers’ wish list when choosing a new shower. More than 4,000 consumers took part in Deva’s research, which asked when choosing a new shower is it looks, price or environmental credentials that is most important. Most (45%) said environmental credentials are the most important factor, closely followed by looks (36%) and then price (17%). Only two per cent of those surveyed were unsure which aspect of a new shower purchase is most important. The award winning
