New 1690MHz VCO from Crystek
Fort Myers, FL — Crystek’s CVCO55CC-1690-1690 VCO (Vol - tage Controlled Oscillator) operates at 1690MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3V to 4.7V. This VCO has a typical phase noise of –120dBc/ Hz@10kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +2.5dBm. Engineered and manufactured
in the USA, the VCO is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5-in. (12.7 x 12.7mm) SMD package. Input voltage is 5V, with a maximum cur- rent consumption of 25mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 1.0MHz and 0.5MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is –15dBc typical. The CVCO55CC-1690-1690 is
suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed

Santa Rosa, CA — Schurter has intro- duced its compact KFA and DA22 series power entry modules, with mat- ing V-Lock cord sets. The modules’ new V-Lock compatible feature pre- vents unintended disconnection of the power from the equipment. No addi- tional costly hardware is necessary to install the cord retaining system. The cord set safely latches into a notch in the plastic housing of the power entry modules. Removing the cord set is eas- ily achieved by depressing the latch. V-Lock power cords are offered in a wide range of cord lengths and coun- try-specific plugs, including NEMA 5- 15 standard hospital grade versions. The KFA and DA22 module fam-
ilies have a C14 inlet, with 1- or 2-pole fuseholder for 5 x 20mm fuses, and standard or low leakage, M5, mains fil- ter. The KFA is available with 4.8 x 0.8mm quick-connect or wire leaded terminals, and the DA22 is designed for PCB mounting. Both units offer screw-on front panel mounting. The KFA also offers a snap-in version. The current rating range is 1 to
