ureLet Franchising is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year but it certainly isn’t feeling its age. Since the company was founded in 2003, by directors Colin Poole and Kelly Chick, both the property and franchising industries have sky rocketed. Over the years, with the marketplaces consistently growing hand-in-hand, SureLet has risen to the changes and continued to adapt. But what’s the secret ingredient in their recipe for success?
Unlike most companies that have been in the industry for some time, SureLet is continuing to mould its services and products around the needs of potential franchisees.
Their newest product, SureLet Local, is a perfect example of how they have developed as a direct result of industry changes. It is a totally mobile opportunity – run from a SureLet-branded car – which allows a franchisee to own a new business for a fraction of both the start-up costs and overheads.
This option is made possible by the market-leading cloud-based software that SureLet use, and the dedicated Property Management Centre that takes away the administrative burden from the franchisee,
leaving them free to build their new business from day one. Another reason SureLet are successful, is because they have always put a large emphasis on the human touch. When you buy into the SureLet franchise, you don’t just buy into a successful business, you buy into a family.
Whether a long-standing franchise
or recent launch, the support, care and attention that each and every franchise owner receives is the reason the company continues to grow. You can be from any background and still build a successful SureLet franchise, because the support from the grass roots at training level provides you with the solid foundation and skills needed to be a dominant lettings force in your local marketplace. That, partnered with the young, vibrant team that are always striving for the best in both technology and business generation on your behalf, means all franchisees feel looked after and part of something exciting. SureLet have always endeavoured to put the franchisees at the heart of the business because it’s not just their innovation, work ethic and ideas that make a company great, it’s the people. SureLet Burton and Derby was the first franchise and director Manawar Iqbal has
Manawar says: “When I first met Colin, he was excited and enthusiastic to tell the whole world about his franchise opportunity, and to this day that level of passion hasn’t changed. “We started life as a small letting agency in September 2003 and grew month on month until we were ready to open another office and cover more territory, enabling more landlords and tenants to benefit from our fantastic services. The reason I chose SureLet at the time was because of their passion and willingness to help in whatever way I needed.
“That ethos is still true of the company
today, they haven’t lost that human focus, and they really care about the people behind the numbers. I now run a profitable business that is at the forefront of my local lettings market. The future is bright for SureLet Burton and Derby and indeed the other franchisees across the country. “I am still excited about coming into work every morning to grow my SureLet franchise and I am focussed on the next 10 years of hard work and success.” n
