Ingramatic introduces new QTC Washer Assembly Unit

After the new motorised die match and the new introduction system - with single or double starter units activated by brushless motors - Ingramatic’s R&D department has introduced a unique solution for parts needed to be assembled with one or two washers.

ngramatic is a first class company for designing and manufacturing thread rolling machines with washer assembly units, with the company equipping its machines with extremely compact and flexible assembly units. Without compromising thread rolling

reliability and productivity, these devices can be used to assembly different types of washers (flat, chamfered, conical, waved, toothed, split, etc.) with a wide range of blank diameters and lengths. For high-speed production of small

screws and bolts, Ingramatic can supply a system for automatic loading of washers and blanks into the respective feed vibrators, making the threader an independent production line. The new QTC Washer Assembly Unit

is now available for the most demanding users. Ingramatic can supply as an option a new system to save time during the production changeover. This QTC Washer Assembly Unit allows the operator to set up the tools in the tool room and to save time onboard the machine. The SC-MATIC software allows the

PLC to control the washer assembly unit - operating easily and intuitively. The laser sensor control system ensures that every screw or bolt sent to the thread rolling machine has washers and ensures that those without washers continue circulating until they are properly assembled. All adjustments are motorised and saved into the PLC allowing the operators to restart production within a few minutes. Ingramatic invites fastener manufacturers

to visit its works for a better explanation and demonstration of a variety of machines available on the assembly lines. Ingramatic Thread Rollers and products

complete the SACMA production range and can be used along with progressive headers for thread rolling high strength screws, bolts and special fasteners with one or two washers.
