Prebena’s new plier

carton staplers PREBENA Wilfried Bornemann GmbH & Co KG has two new plier carton staplers, 4C-WZ38BNH and 1A-AZ16BNH for the packaging industry.

T

he new 4C-WZ38BNH stapler, for staples up to 38mm, is suitable for flat stapling cardboard boxes and transport packaging. With an adjustable die, cardboard boxes from 16mm – 30mm can be quickly and easily

implemented. For the stapling, PREBENA staples type WZ from 16mm – 38 mm should be used. PREBENA says this stapler is innovative and unique with

tool-free adjustment of the movable die for carton strengths, a safety device, an extended throat depth of 220mm, mark protection that prevents damage to the cardboard, and a special die-head that guarantees a controlled bending of the staples. PREBENA’s other new plier carton stapler is the 1A-AZ16BNH, also suitable for flat stapling cardboard boxes from 6mm – 12mm. It is suitable for use with staple types AZ from 10mm – 16mm (3

/8 inches – 5 /8 inches). The 1A-AZ16BNH has a moveable die for cardboard

thickness of 6mm – 12mm, extended throat depth of 140mm, a safety device, high load capacity due to extended magazine and, like the 4C-WZ38BNH stapler, a special die-head. Both staplers are delivered in a plastic case with a hardened

driver blade, 360° adjustable exhaust, single release, silencer and an ergonomic rubberised handle.

Washers and stamping parts according to DIN / ISO / NFE, customer drawings or samples.
