ACTIVITY 5 Stress the fact that we use different language (and we write different texts) to different audiences. Tis must be clearly indicated in the first SMS to a fellow student as well as in the second SMS to a neighbour. Accept any SMS that makes sense. Ask a few students to read their SMSes aloud to the class. Let a few students write their SMSes on the board. Discuss the slang and language.
