Cognac is More than an After-Dinner Drink

MAC members have an opportunity to learn more about this unique drink during a special tasting event in November. Cognac is a product of the grape and pairs beautifully with some of the finest French foods. Who better to know how to marry those flavors than MAC Executive Chef Philippe Boulot? Boulot’s culinary team is preparing special small plates to showcase the taste profiles of cognac choices. Local expert Hoke Harden has given his entertaining presentations on wine and spirits to the crowds on Crystal Cruises, among other venues. His presentation demystifies cognac just in time for the holiday season.
