Disregard for guest policies: Knowingly violating guest policies, including but not limited to failing to register athletic or social guests, pay applicable guest fees, disre- garding frequency restrictions for athletic guests or failing to comply with any aspect of current guest policies. • A 63-year-old senior member was suspended for five months for abuse of members, nonmembers and staff, behavior unbecoming a member and disregard for guest polices. Member and guest engaged in disruptive behavior that included obscenities. Member also failed to accom- pany the guest at all times. Club Rules hold members responsible for the conduct of their guests. • Two junior members were suspended for three months for behavior unbecoming a member. Members were discovered by staff engaged in inappropriate conduct in one of the racquetball viewing galleries. • A 19-year-old intermediate member was suspended for two months for disre- gard for guest polices. Member signed in a guest as social, but member and guest were later discovered using the athletic facilities. Go to theMAC.com for the most current version of Club Rules. WM
