It is a delightful character cottage, almost 400 years old, with modern light pastel creams and blues, traditional stone fireplace and offers lovely river views to be enjoyed from the terraced rear garden and front garden.
Accommodation: Front entrance into the sitting room with many original features, antique furnishings, wood burning stove, polished wooden floor, comfortable seating, TV, video and DVD. A few steps lead to the very well
equipped kitchen/ dining room with pine table and chairs, lime washed wooden units, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer and microwave. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ground floor shower room with WC (accessed via the courtyard). Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all beautifully furnished, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. There is a sunny patio overlooking the quiet, ancient orchard where you will see daffodils in Spring surrounded by plum, flowering cherry, apple and willow trees. The river, shop, church and two pubs are all within walking distance and you have private parking right outside. The entrance hall takes you to a well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, radio/cassette. Cloakroom with WC and basin.
