Price band K · Sleeps 5 This pretty refurbished 150 year old cottage is situated in the heart of Dartmouth near the bottom of Browns Hill, one of the original stepped entrances to Dartmouth. The Cottage is just a 2 minute walk to the river Dart, shops, restaurants and car park. Close by is a selection of truly excellent restaurants including The Seahorse owned by the celebrity chef Mitch Tonks, also Angelique which has a Michelin Star chef, plus several charming pubs that include The Cherub Inn dating back to 1380. If you are looking for a holiday without driving but includes good food, drinking and river walks then this is the cottage for you.

Accommodation: The front door to The Cottage opens into a blue and white sitting/dining room with TV,DVD,CD player and radio. The kitchen has a Bosch


dishwasher,washing machine,tumble drier and fridge, plus an electric oven, gas hob and microwave.The bedrooms are light blue and white and on the first floor there is a twin bedroom, bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and hand basin. On the second floor there is a sunny single bedroom with windows either end and a further sunny double bedroom with south facing doors onto a juliette balcony with wrought iron safety railings offering views to the hills over Dartmouth.
