Fairholme is a most attractive 2 storey apartment adjacent to the owners small guest house in the heart of Stoke Fleming which is just 2 miles from Dartmouth and 1 mile to the award winning Blackpool Sands family beach. The South West Coastal footpath runs through the village and for children there is a playing field and swing park within a few minutes walk. Stoke Fleming has a village post office stores and a good pub and restaurant for evening meals. Fairholme is bright, modern and cosy, with a private enclosed patio and parking.
Accommodation: The ground floor is light and open plan, with glass topped dining table and chairs, two
sofas, an electric stove fire, Freeview digital TV and DVD. The kitchen area is compact and complete with electric cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave. French doors lead out from the dining area on to a small balcony with steps down to a delightful suntrap patio with garden furniture.
