outside of school holidays This is a very spacious light and airy detached bungalow with three bedrooms in the coastal village of Strete, midway between Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, 5 miles from Dartmouth and 3 miles to the Woodlands Leisure Park. With only five steps up to the front door this property is ideal for anyone with walking difficulties. The bungalow enjoys sea views from most of the rooms and is in a very quiet cul-de- sac. Strete has a very well stocked village shop and post office, also two very well respected restaurants: The Laughing Monk and the Kings Arms, both serving delicious food.
Accommodation: There are five steps up to the front door, entrance hall, very spacious lounge/dining room, there are sea
views from the lounge and dining room, patio doors from the lounge lead onto a balcony, large flat screen TV with freeview satellite channels, video/DVD and coal effect electric fire. Large pine fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, hatch through to the dining room. There are three bedrooms all with pine furniture; one with a kingsize double with patio doors to the back garden and sea views; a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The fully tiled family bathroom has a bath with shower over, a large shower cubicle, WC and twin hand basins. From the kitchen there are steps down into the back garden which is enclosed and very private, and offers a good space with table and chairs and barbeque, a perfect area for enjoying al fresco meals. Steps lead down to the garage which has a utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer and a toilet.
