The Boathouse is designed with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the light and airy living area upstairs to take advantage of the river view. The house has been completed to a very high standard with slate and oak floors and under floor heating.

Barberry Farm Cottage
Price band R · Sleeps 6 · Children welcome Situated about a mile from the village of Dittisham, Barberry Farm Cottage is an exceptionally pretty home which has been offered for holidays and will provide its lucky visitors with their own stunning little patch of Devon. This is the quintessential English country cottage with roses and a honeysuckle around the door and a large garden and orchard – with a pond and a stream running along the boundary.
Accommodation: The front door opens in to the hall. Sitting room with large open fire place, TV, DVD and
comfy sofas. Lovely light kitchen with French doors onto south facing garden, cream painted units, gas AGA and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, pine table and chairs. Back door to garden. Utility room with washing machine.
Cloakroom with WC and basin. On the first floor there are two bedrooms one with a King size double bed, en suite shower, WC and basin and another bedroom with twin beds. Family bathroom with bath, and hand held shower over, WC and basin. Stairs lead from the spacious landing to a double bedroom in the eaves, with sloping ceiling, window/door giving access onto a roof terrace, which looks over the garden and fields beyond. En suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Outside there is ample parking for two cars and a large garden with patio, garden furniture, barbeque and lawns. A great space for children to play and let off steam but beware with little ones there is a pond and stream at the bottom.
