This is a picturesque location ideal for holidays at any time of year, just a five minute walk to the award winning Blackpool Sands and 3 miles to Dartmouth. Particularly appealing to walkers as the South West Coastal path is practically on the door step. The old stone barn has been converted into a spacious, comfortable holiday home for two guests. The Granary retains its original character with open roof trusses, white washed internal stone walls and has plenty of windows streaming light into this beautiful barn.


Accommodation: A flight of steps leads to the front door. The living area has a sofa and arm


chairs, TV and DVD, dining table and chairs and views down the valley. The bedroom has twin beds and is separated from the living area by an open oak framework. There are two doors leading from the bedroom to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with pine units, stripped pine floor, electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and old pine dresser. The bathroom has a free standing roll top bath with shower over, WC and basin.

Farwell Cottage is tucked away in the heart of the charming coastal village of Stoke Fleming. The property has been lovingly restored and furnished to an extremely high standard retaining many original features and is now a very welcoming and comfortable holiday home. Stoke Fleming has kept its traditional village post office stores as well as a great pub and restaurant for drinks or treating yourself to meals out. You are just 2 miles from Dartmouth and 1 mile from the award winning Blackpool Sands family beach and the South West Coastal footpath runs close by.


Accommodation: Entrance from the parking area is into a stone lobby hallway with coat hanging. Five stone steps lead


up into the living room which has a lovely mix of painted stone walls, oak flooring and open roof trusses and a natural stone inglenook fire place with wood burning stove. There are two comfy sofas, a glass and lime washed oak coffee table, TV with Freesat, DVD, video, radio/cassette/ CD/mp3 player. WiFi internet connection. Two steps lead up from the living room into a small dining area, with solid oak table and chairs and window seat. Across the hall from the living room is a small fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box. Bathroom with marble floor, basin, WC and bath with shower over. The twin bedded room has a futon sofa for use as an extra bed if required. A door leads out of this bedroom to the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. From the far end of the living room a hallway leads to the double bedroom with 5' bed and separate dressing room. To the side of the cottage there is a small private cottage style garden with bench, table and chairs.
