Price band M · Sleeps 7 · Children welcome This spacious Georgian Farmhouse is located in the coastal village of East Prawle, ideal for families and walkers. The Farmhouse is now two separate properties but can be let in conjunction to make a fabulous location for large family get togethers, there is a garden gate which links the two properties. There are lovely views across the fields to the sea from some of the rooms. The house has a private right of way down a track leading to Horsley beach and this beautiful stretch of South West Coast path. The beach is a safe spot for swimming and has sand and rock pools at low tide. A short drive away are the beaches at Millbay, Lannacombe, Slapton and Beesands. Lower House West accommodation:Walled garden at the front of the house. Entrance porch to hallway, spacious kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, circular pine table and
chairs. Large sitting room with comfortable seating, wood burning stove (logs provided for winter bookings), TV, and DVD, French doors leading into a conservatory with dining table and chairs. First floor: Double bedroom with king-sized bed, en suite shower, hand basin and WC. A twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Family bathroom with bath, hand held shower over, hand basin and WC. All three bedrooms have views across the fields to the sea.
Lower House East accommodation: Front door to entrance hall, utility with washing machine off to the left. Door into main house. On the ground floor there is a large farmhouse kitchen with wooden flooring, Aga (winter only), large
antique pine table, chairs and dresser, range cooker (gas), dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, the large window doubles as access to the walled front garden with picnic table and benches. The sitting room has 2 sofas and TV, DVD, and opens into a lovely sunny conservatory with views over the countryside and the sea, from the conservatory there is a side door and steps leading into the garden. Downstairs shower room, newly refurbished with large shower cubicle, WC and basin. Upstairs there are three bedrooms all with wash hand basins. Two doubles one with sea views, and the third bedroom has a single and child size bunks. Family bathroom with bath, WC and basin. Outside there is a large private enclosed walled garden with plenty of grass for children to enjoy ball games.
