Cottage Price range £450 - £580, see website for details · Sleeps 2 Loworthy Cottage is a well furnished, extremely characteristic cottage is the self contained wing of the main farmhouse with lovely rural views and glimpses of the sea beyond.
Nestling in the beautiful South Hams countryside a mile from Slapton Village with a village shop, two great old pubs, both well known for their great food and real ales. Close by is the vast expanse of Slapton Sands and Slapton Ley Nature Reserve which is very popular with bird watchers. At the far end of Slapton Sands is the popular beachside village of Torcross, with a good pub well renowned for fresh fish, a couple of cafes and village shop and butchers. The towns of Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes are easily accessible by car. This truly is a perfect spot to relax and unwind in totally unspoilt countryside whatever time of year you chose to visit.
Accommodation: A few steps lead from the parking area to the front door which opens into the entrance hall. The large sitting room with its one richly painted wall amongst white washed stone has comfy seating clustered
round an open fire place and SKY TV and DVD. The kitchen diner again has one vibrant wall surrounded by clean bright white, and is well equipped with shaker style painted cupboards, electric cooker, fridge with ice box, washing machine, microwave, dining table and chairs. Stairs lead up to first floor with large double bedroom, which has a kingsize sleigh bed. Shower/wet room with super shower, WC and basin. Loworthy cottage is approached along a private drive, offers a private parking area and a lawned garden with garden furniture and barbeque.
