and welcoming holiday home; you feel that you are near the sea! The south-facing wisteria blossomed cottage occupies a wing of a large house on the seaside edge of Stoke Fleming, just 700 yards from the superb award winning Blackpool Sands beach, 2 minutes walk away from the South Devon coastal footpath, and has wonderful views over Start Bay and Slapton Sands. Whilst it has wide appeal to anyone, it is particularly attractive for a family with young children. The excellent (child friendly) local pub (Green Dragon) and Brill Plaice restaurant (which also does take- aways) are both less than 5 minutes leisurely walk away.
Accommodation: Private entrance porch next to allocated car bay into bright and sunny open-plan sitting room-
kitchen-diner with panelled whitewash walls and solid oak flooring. At the front of the cottage is a seating area with tables and chairs, and at the rear there is a shared secluded garden, shallow fish pond, hardwood garden furniture, and barbecue.
