Price band E · Sleeps 2 + 2 Thorn Court barn, once a stable and hay barn, is set within a small group of converted farm buildings in a delightful secluded valley surrounded by rolling Devon farmland just minutes from the superb coastline between Stoke Fleming and Dartmouth in this very special part of South Devon. The Barn has a large lawn to the side which has amazing views down the valley and sun all day. It is a great safe space for children to play and for sunset BBQs after a hard day at the beach. Thorn Court is a quirkily converted barn great for 2-4 people. The main living area is a very large fun space with a lovely view down the valley. Thorn Court barn is perfect for one couple (or very close friends!) or a family with small children. Beaches – Blackpool Sands under 2 miles, Slapton Sands 5 miles. Pubs, restaurants and shops in Dartmouth only 1.5 miles. Dartmouth Golf and Country Club with leisure facilities 5 miles. For the children, Woodlands Leisure Park is approx 5 miles.


Accommodation: Entrance – stairs lead up to the 11 metre long open plan living area with exposed beams. The kitchen dining area with dining table and chairs, dishwasher, small fridge/freezer, electric oven and


microwave, sofas and TV with SKY channels, DVD. There are loads of DVD’s and lots of toys for children. The bedroom is downstairs with one large bed, one cot bed and a travel cot is also available. There is also a sofa bed upstairs if parents would rather sleep separately from their little ones! Shower room with WC and basin.

You are within a minutes walk from a wonderful mixture of galleries, craft shops and restaurants while the River Dart, Steam Packet Inn, ferry to Dartmouth and the Dart Valley Trail are just a short stroll from the front door. A 20 minute drive will take you to some stunning beaches or up to the wilds of Dartmoor.
