It is situated in Lower Street, Dittisham, one of the oldest roads in the village, which leads between some very pretty, flower covered, thatched cottages down to Dittisham Mill Creek.
Accommodation: The front door opens into a small hall. Shower room with WC, hand basin and washing
machine. Lovely double bedroom with beams, window seat, fitted wardrobe, nooks and crannies, pine furniture. Upstairs to the open sitting room with exposed roof timbers and stone fireplace with electric stove fire, TV with freeview, and DVD, CD/radio. Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and matching crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Swilly Barn
Price band L · Sleeps 4 Swilly Barn is a detached barn and is a great holiday venue for guests who want to enjoy a peaceful holiday in a beautiful location. Swilly Barn is situated in the countryside just over a mile from the riverside village of Dittisham and 5 miles from Dartmouth. The barn has just undergone a total renovation to provide guests with a venue that offers all the charm of a traditional stone built barn complimented by a stylish contemporary interior. High open vaulted ceilings and timber joists are a feature throughout. The barn is centrally heated and has a wood burning stove and is therefore also ideal for visitors who wish to stay out of season.
Accommodation: The front door opens into the lower level incorporating a large kitchen/diner with breakfast bar and is well
equipped for your cooking, dining and laundry needs, with cream painted units, butler sink, electric double oven, ceramic hob, integrated fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. On the same level there is a king-sized bedroom with en-suite shower room with large shower, WC and basin. A small flight of steps leads from the kitchen/ diner to the lounge where you can enjoy watching TV, listening to music, playing board games (some provided) or simply relax reading a book. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas, wood burning stove, TV and DVD. French doors open onto the patio area. The lounge also provides access to the second double-sized bedroom and adjoining bathroom with full sized bath, WC and basin. Outside: French doors lead to a secluded patio area equipped with garden furniture and barbeque for alfresco dining. From here you have views across open fields and you can also watch our Alpacas at close viewpoint as they feed and exercise in the paddock adjoining the barn. Steps from the patio lead to a gravelled drive area where space has been allocated for 1or 2 cars for barn occupants. In front of the kitchen is a small lawned area with views across the wooded valley.
