three storey home situated in a magnificent old barn overlooking Dittisham Court, the village and surrounding countryside. The river is less than five minutes walk away with the church, shop and pub even closer. You are welcome to enjoy the communal grassy areas with splendid views of Dittisham Mill Creek and the River Dart. The interior is light, bright, sunny and spacious. Entrance is on the first floor through a lobby to the large hall. On this floor there is one twin bedded room and one double bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and hand basin. Up on the second floor is the master double bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, WC and hand basin. Down on the ground floor is a spacious south facing sitting room with comfortable sofa and chairs, TV with SKY, DVD, video recorder and CD player, dining table and chairs plus a French dresser. French windows lead out onto a sunny, split level patio with garden furniture and views over the village. The well equipped kitchen is light and airy with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The downstairs cloakroom has WC and hand basin.
