Bayards Cove, is situated in an exclusive location on the water front in Dartmouth with views to take your breath away. This is a secluded spot at the far end of historic Bayards Cove accessed through Bayards Cove Fort. Occupying the front section of a large house, Bayards Cove is exceptionally spacious for four guests to enjoy the ever changing scenery of the river Dart, with panoramic views from the lounge, master bedroom and riverside garden. Other than a few steps to the garden gate the property has flat access into town. Unfortunately we cannot accept families with young children due to the river frontage. There is vehicular access across the quay side at Bayards Cove to enable unloading close to the property.

Two steps down into the dining room with large dining table and chairs, and small flat screen TV. The kitchen is generous with a beamed ceiling, cream units, range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Washing up will be no hardship looking out over the river. From the lounge stairs lead up to the snug which has a large flat screen television and DVD, sofa and two armchairs. From this level a few steps lead into the master bedroom which has a 6ft bed and dual aspect windows overlooking the river. En suite shower room with shower, WC and basin. The second bedroom is accessed through the snug or via a staircase from the dining room and has twin beds, river glimpses, flat screen TV and new en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin.


Outside there is a flat riverside garden with grass and a patio. Garden seating, table, BBQ and river frontage.

Lily Lodge


Price band M · Sleeps 4 Lily Lodge is a completely detached property in a wild garden overlooking the valley leading down to Dartmouth town centre and the river Dart, just a 10 minute walk away. A major refurbishment has created a bright and comfortable holiday home for 4 guests, with two bathrooms and a private parking space. Outside there are 2 terraces taking advantage of the sun at any time of the day, plus a full length (40 foot) balcony, all having river or countryside views. At the bottom of the lane is the bus route into town for those of you who do not fancy the walk back up the hill.


Accommodation: A flight of stairs from the parking area ascend to the front door which leads to a lovely


light open plan living area with fabulous river views and comfortable sofas. There is a wall mounted TV and DVD, dining table and chairs, white kitchen with breakfast bar, electric hob, electric double oven with combi microwave and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The double bedroom has a wooden, king-size bed and French doors to the terrace, a dressing room, and en-suite shower room with large shower, WC, basin, and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a twin with it’s own bathroom. This contains a bath, mains shower over, WC and basin. There are wooden floors throughout the bungalow and gas central heating.
