What does being a Clear Brew franchisee entail? As a Clear Brew franchisee, you will be joining the UK’s leading independent beer line cleaning company. You will operate your own company within a large region, giving you a vast amount of opportunity to expand the business to suit your needs. After training, you will walk away with a ready-to-go business that can start earning from day one.
Why work with Clear Brew? Once your client base is established you can rely on regular income every three weeks. We are well established within the marketplace in which we operate and completely unique in the world of franchising, in that there are no other beer line cleaning companies currently following the franchise business model.
Do you need industry experience? We have franchisees from all walks of life, of all ages and genders, most of whom have no previous experience in the beer line cleaning industry.
What support do you provide for your franchisees? All new franchisees are fully trained at our head offi ce in Cornwall and, ongoing, are provided with: full IT support; social media support; marketing assistance; technical support; accounting software to facilitate bookkeeping; and full business support. Our success as franchisors is governed by ensuring you are given all the support and advice to facilitate your success as a franchise business owner.
What sort of person suits a Clear Brew franchise? Someone who is self-motivated, has the drive to build a database of clients and has the desire to run their own business. Generally speaking, our franchisees have the ability to interact with existing and potential clients, telling them all about the service and its benefi ts, while also being comfortable working on their own when carrying out cleans.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of investing in their fi rst franchise? Make sure running your own business is for you. Choose a franchise that has a track record of being successful, and speak to existing franchisees to fully understand exactly what it involves. Set realistic expectations, especially in the early days.

What does the future hold? We have been growing steadily over the past seven years and plan to continue to do so (we've just reached our 50th region in the UK, but a number of other regions still available). This growth has enabled us to establish ourselves as one of the market leaders in this fi eld while also being able to attract some of the larger corporate clients. We fully understand that businesses do not stand still and we are continuously looking at ways we can improve what we do, both with the service and the franchise package. We aim to have complete national coverage in the next fi ve years. l
