reviously an electrical engineer in the Royal Navy, James Griffi n is no stranger to a challenge. But when
he decided to become his own boss almost four years ago, his hardworking attitude and aptitude for success would benefi t both him and his future greatly. Aged 30, James was able to reach a fantastic milestone in his adult life in December 2018 when he bought his fi rst home with his partner, Carlene. He says: “We’d seen quite a lot of profi t in the business last year and were able to get the money together for a deposit. It was great to be at the stage where we could afford to take more money out of the business.” Reaching such a milestone meant that James and Carlene could spend Christmas Day in their new home last year. “When I fi rst started with InXpress, I had no experience in logistics or sales.
