Is there room for more franchisees in the network? We currently have more than 100 franchised stores and are aiming to open a further 100 within the next 12 months. We will discuss store availability with candidates on an individual basis. There is no longer any availability within the M25, including all London regions.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of investing in their fi rst franchise? Make sure you get to know us throughout the candidate process and do your research. Franchising is a huge commitment – not only do we need to make sure you are the right fi t for us, but you need to make sure we’re the right fi t for you. We are going to be partners so it is essential that we are all on the same page.
What are your plans for the future?
Our entire retail estate consists of just over 400 stores and we aim to have 200 of those stores franchised by April 2020. We will also be concentrating on providing our franchisees with the best support possible so we can help them achieve their goals. l
