he Creams story began in 2008. The first restaurant came about after meticulous research from the founding partners, who sourced special ingredients and

This mapping tool identifies whether a location is likely to thrive from day one, thereby reducing the risk to the franchisee. The franchise system offers full support to investors in a variety of different ways,


including design services, operational support, brand identity, concept management and communications. Creams Cafe believes that the company’s success starts with yours. For this reason, Creams gives franchisees some of the industry’s best training and support – from your first enquiry right through to opening and beyond. When you become a Creams franchisee you receive two weeks of full training onsite before your restaurant opens and, thereafter, you have ongoing support from the Creams head office. Each member of this team has excellent knowledge of the restaurant and franchise industry, and they work closely with you to ensure that your business succeeds. What’s more, Creams has a centralised supply chain ensuring 100 per cent of food and drink is delivered from one supplier. This system ensures that quality and consistency of brand standards, as well as the best price, are maintained in all Creams restaurants. A bespoke electronic point of sale till system is in place, which makes ordering products very user-friendly.


Creams stays at the forefront of the industry by frequently refreshing its menu and featuring innovative designs. For example, it recently introduced the new bubble pop waffles to its menu. Creams’ in-house designers guarantee that each store looks the part and evolves consistently with the brand. With Creams’ buying power, you can also be sure of securing the best price on the equipment required for a restaurant. Creams has a number of contractors who guarantee the highest quality and lowest price for the fit out of the restaurants. A typical Creams restaurant is 2,000 to 3,000 square feet and ideally located in high-footfall destinations close to other restaurants and cinemas. Creams targets traditional high-street locations, as well as out-of-town retail and leisure parks. Its experienced property team can help you acquire your site and negotiate the terms of the lease. A smaller kiosk format is also being developed that will be 200 to 1,000 square feet in size and typically located in high-footfall locations.
