MAKE A TACTICAL MOVE WITH TEAM PLAYERS RT Software BY KEVIN EMMOTT
Aiming to make sports broadcasters more tactically agile, broadcast graphics solutions specialist RT Software has unveiled the latest version of its Tactic telestrator with Tactic Pro 8.0. The latest addition to Tactic Pro’s suite of AI-powered tools is Team ID which automatically identifi es the teams that individual players belong to, enhancing the capabilities of its Player Detect feature.
With Team ID, users can suggest the team formation being played and Tactic Pro adds the appropriate formation graphics to the players. This process signifi cantly reduces the time required for operators to create more detailed graphics sequences.
An additional benefi t of Team ID is its Team Dimensions functionality, which visualises the longest length or width of the team formations on the pitch, with an option to display automatic distance markers.
