Procedure: Combine all ingredients. Melt at 80-85°C and mix until uniform. Pour into containers at about 80 °C and cool. Properties: Stability: Three months at 45°C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles.

Procedure: Prepare phase A and heat it up to 75°C. Blend the biogum with propanediol in phase B. Add the slurry of biogum with propanediol to phase A while mixing energetically for 5 minutes. Prepare phase C and heat it up to 75°C under stirring until become homogenous. Add phase C to A+B under stirring. Homogenize for 5 minutes. Cool down under stirring. At 50°C, sprinkle phase D on top of emulsion under stirring. Continue cooling down to 40°C and add phase E. Adjust pH to 4,85,2. Pour it in suitable jars. Properties: pH: 4.8 5.2

Procedure: Heat phase A to 75°C under moderate stirring until complete homogeneity. Homogenize with Silverson at 4000 rpm for 5 minutes. Maintain homogenization at 4000 rpm under cooling (water bath) until 40°C Add phase B under continuous stirring. Homogenize at 4000 rpm for 5 minutes while maintaining water bath. Continue under slow stirring until room temperature (20-25°C). Properties: Aspect: red viscous oil; Viscosity (Brookfield LV, 25°C, spindle 4, 20 rpm, 1 min): 4500 cP; pH: NA; Stability Tests: On lab batch up to 300g; Up to 1 month at 50°C; Up to 3 months at: RT, 4-8°C and 45°C: acceptable; D1 Centrifugation (3000 rpm, 20 min); D1 Vibrating table (400rpm, 4h)
