Procedure: Into a beaker, add water and begin mixing at medium shear. Add phase A one at a time, ensuring each addition is fully incorporated. Begin heating to 80°C. Add phase B one at a time into a separate beaker and begin heating to 80°C. When both phases are at temperature, slowly add phase B to phase A. Homogenize until a glossy, smooth emulsion forms. Begin cooling down to below 40°C. When batch reaches 55°C, add phase Cone at a time. Once temperature is below 40°C, begin adding phase D one at a time. Adjust the pH to between 4.5-5.0.

Procedure: Combine Phase A and heat to 70˚C. Premix Phase B and add to Phase A. Mix until gum is fully hydrated. Cool to 35-40˚C, Add Phase C one at a time. Cool batch to room temperature. Properties: Appearance: yellowish to light amber transparent liquid pH: 5.2-5.7

Procedure: Mix phase A until complete incorporation. Add phase B premixed. Add phase C until complete incorporation. In separate container heat water until 65°C and add the conditioner agent. Adjust pH until clear solution with phase E until 5.5-6.0. Cool the phase down until 30°C and add to the main container. Premix phase F and add to the main container. Add phase G. Adjust pH 4.5-5.5 with phase 5 if it is necessary. Properties: Stability: Stable 9 weeks (F/T, 45°C, 25°C) pH: 4.5-5.5 Viscosity (Sp 05/5rpm): 25000-60000 cp
