Procedure: Into a suitable vessel, charge the Purified Water BP (Phase A) and commence heating to 80°C. Add the Phase A ingredients in the specified order and homogenise for 25-30 minutes until the pigment is fully dispersed, with no streaks or specks. In a separate vessel, weigh the oil phase (Phase B) and heat to 80°C. Once both phases are at 80°C, add Phase B to Phase A and mix using a Silverson for 10 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool while stirring. When the temperature is below 40°C, add the Aristoflex Silk (Phase C) and mix with a Silverson for 3 minutes. Prepare the Rejuvaveen premix (Phase C PR1), then add it to the main bulk and mix with a Silverson for 2 minutes to ensure a smooth and homogenous premix. Adjust the pH to 5.50-6.00 with 10% Citric Acid N1560 Solution (Phase D).
