Procedure: Pre-mix powder in glycerine, add the rest of phase A and homogenise. Combine phase B and add to phase A and homogenise thoroughly. Place on overhead mixer and mix at a slow speed for 20-30 minutes. Add phase C. Add phase D then adjust PH to 6-7 if needed. Properties: Stability: Stable for 3 weeks at 50°C and 3 months at 40°C Appearance: Peach Cream pH: 6-7 Viscosity: Brookfield DV-E: RVHV-04 @ 10RPM & 20°C (±5 °C) = 10,000 – 15,000cP

Procedure: Prepare phase A in the main vessel under moderate stirring. Add phase B. If necessary, homogenize gently for a uniform solution. Combine ingredients of phase C and add it to the batch. Homogenize intensively. Neutralize the batch with sodium hydroxide. Adjust the pH to 5.5 – 6.0. Add the remaining ingredients of phase E and F and homogenize gently. Properties: Appearance: white to slightly yellowish soft emulsion pH value: 5.5 – 6.0 Viscosity: 80’000 – 100’000 (Spindle TF; Brookefield LV) Stability: Successfully passed internal stress test (3 months at 5 °C, 25 °C and 40 °C)
