Procedure: Heat phase A at 80-82°C and check that every raw material is well melted and that the phase is homogeneous. At 80°C add phase B and disperse under medium to high shear with rotor stator. Check that there are no aggregates, and that the formula is homogeneous. Add phase C at 80°C and mix well until homogeneous. Pour into the mold at 75°C +/- 2°C. Procedure: Prepare phase A1 and warm it up to 75°C. Disperse phase A2 in A1 using a suitable dispersion unit. Prepare phase B1 and warm it up to 75°C. Prepare phase B2 under agitation until homogeneous dispersion. Add the ingredients of phase B3 to B2. Add phase B2+B3 to phase B1. Add phase B1+B2+B3 to phase A1+A2 at 75°C and homogenize for a few minutes. Cool down to 40°C under gentle stirring and add the ingredients of phase C and D. Adjust pH up to 7.0-7.5, adding phase E.
