market operations since re-regulation and published a report ‘Gambling Under the Radar’ which stated 14 to 29 per cent of gambling activities occur outside of the regulatory framework. ATG has suggested various measures to improve oversight
and reduce the level of illegal gambling, including implementing IP and DNS blocking, tighter regulations on bonuses, revamping of legal definitions to fall under Swedish gambling laws, and risk classification of gambling products.
