Te Games of Chance law 2015 for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina:

Special games of chance can be operated by Lutrija BiH and private companies based in the Federation.

Casinos can be operated by Lutrija and other companies based in the Federation. Tey must provide a bank guarantee of KM1m and have a capital of KM2m.

A casino licence is KM500,000. Monthly tax is five per cent on game revenues.
l
A casino must be a dedicated space or within a hotel of four stars or more with at least 500sq.m of gaming area and located at least 100m from schools and religious facilities.

Licensing fees are KM150,000 and KM10,000 for each payment place. Tey must provide a capital of KM1m and bank guarantee of KM600,000.

Federation. Jackpot systems are under the exclusive operation of LutrijaBiH with a maximum of 1,500 devices.
An automat club must have at least 20 slots and a surface area of not less than 50sq.m (except where they also offer games of chance). Tis rule doesn’t apply to Lutrija. Payout is 80 per cent minimum.

Companies must have a capital of KM250,000 and pay a fee of KM150,000 for the first slot then KM100,000 thereafter. Monthly tax is five per cent.
